"My husband and I got married this past Saturday and went with Ellen as our baker. And we weren’t disappointed, she gave us something even better than what we could have dreamed of. As a pastry chef I knew picking someone to do my cake was going to very important and whoever did it would have to be amazing. Not only was the cake delicious, it was moist, light, and fluffy and she nailed all the flavors I wanted perfectly. Ellen was the most professional and most personable baker that we met with (we met with 4 total). I wanted some very unique flavors and Ellen always answered with “yes! That sounds amazing!” The cake was one of the most important factors for the wedding and Ellen delivered the best cake! Thank you so much for making our special day perfect!!!"

"I took a bread making class at The Flour Barn with my sisters, aunt, and mom. We had a wonderful time! I had no idea what to expect, and I left the class feeling knowledgeable about the bread making process and even motivated to attempt the process at home. Kim did a fantastic job guiding the class and explaining the process along the way. There was plenty of hands-on experience, and we each left with our own freshly baked loaf of bread. What fun! There was even a delicious snack served midway through class."
